Patient Support Program: Nishtar Hospital Multan

Alhamdulillah, with the collaboration of our medical associates, we have started a Patient Support Program at Nishtar Hospital, Multan. Nishtar hospital is a large 1400-bed hospital in Multan city which provides tertiary health care for the people of Multan and South Punjab region.

Unfortunately, in government hospitals, patients are required to pay for investigations such as ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, etc. They also need to purchase some of the medicines. The majority of the patients who make use of public hospitals are poor and cannot afford hospital fees and related expenses.

The objective of this program is to share some of the hospital expenses of patients belonging to low income group and to some extent lessen their suffering. Our medical team at Nishtar Hospital is trying its best to help as many patients as possible. However, due to limited availability of funds, we are forced to be selective and currently run this support program in only four wards of the hospital. With your support we hope to extend this service further and assist all deserving patients in this hospital in the future InshaAllah.
